How much fun is this hunt? Well, the Museum of Science itself commissioned us to create two special hunts for its members. If you’re a member, get in on the monthly hunts! If you have a group that would like to do a hunt at the museum, and you’re not a member or you’ve already done the members hunt, don’t despair—we have an entirely different set of questions ready for you. If you haven’t been to the Museum of Science in a while, prepared to be surprised. Our whirlwind tour will reveal the best of the eye-popping new interactive exhibits, as well as all of the classic beasts and marvelous machines. Highlights include a life-size T-Rex, the world’s first computer mouse and digital virus, a pharaoh with a fan club, a classic clanging kinetic tower, optical illusions, a mad scientist’s lab, the fascinating/horrifying trophy room, mysterious messages from hobos, a tour of the Big Dig, a nightmare chair, and hot chicks (in an incubator, of course).

Western Avenue is the 2nd largest artist community in the US. Here 350+ artists in every medium practice their craft, share their creative process with each other. WA is dedicated to providing permanent, affordable artist spaces. Western Avenue is the creative soul of Lowell, MA. As part of the ever-growing arts community in Lowell, Western Avenue hosts virtual and in person events, highlighted on the First Saturday of every month with Open Studios or Outdoor Art Markets. Our coop Gallery, The Loading Dock Gallery, is open Wednesday through Sunday. Artists profiles can be viewed on the WA website and appointments made for studio visits. Western Avenue is home to Tiny Arms Coffee open Friday through Sunday and Navigation Brewing Company open Thursday through Sunday. Classes, workshops and more can be found on our active year round calendar. Come visit and stroll our halls filled with art. The Loading Dock Gallery is a Cooperative Gallery representing more than 50 members of the Western Avenue Studios Artist Association. The coop was formed in December of 2007 and took possession of the gallery space on the 2nd floor of the A-Mill of the Western Avenue Complex. The 1,450 sq. foot gallery space is divided into two sections, the Main Gallery which carries original artwork, jewelry, and reproductions of work by Gallery Members and the intimate Showcase which features month long one and two person exhibits focusing on the work of members.

The Westford Museum is located near the historic town Common at 2 Boston Road in Westford, Massachusetts. The office is at 4 Boston Road. The Museum houses a wonderful collection of artifacts typical of small towns.

Whistler House Museum of Art

Whistler House Museum of Art, the birthplace of America’s premiere 19th Century Artist, James McNeill Whistler. Established in 1908 as the permanent home of the Lowell Art Association, the museum has been in continuous operation since that time. Founded in 1878, the Lowell Art Association is the oldest incorporated art association in the United States. The association owns and operates the historic site which houses a permanent collection of 19th and early 20th century American representational art.

Yes.Oui.Si. Boston (YOS) is a multi-sensory exhibition space located on the Avenue of the Arts. Co-founded by Olivia Ives-Flores and Miguel de Braganza, YOS was inspired by a desire to provide a space in which young creative people could showcase their passions. Since its conception, YOS has hosted numerous art shows, concerts, film screenings, and many other opportunities for people to gather in the name of expression. YOS realizes the artistic potential of Boston and seeks to contribute to the development of its vibrant creative culture.
