The Bach Project at Ashmont Hill Chamber Music began in 2017 when Andrew Sheranian partnered with Mary Beth Alger at Ashmont Hill Chamber Music to provide exceptional performances of the works of Johann Sebastian Bach and other composers of the Baroque era in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. This special project of AHCM has offered orchestral, choral, and chamber concerts for the past seven seasons as part of the long-running exceptional programming of Ashmont Hill Chamber Music. AHCM’s concerts feature world-class musicians from Boston and beyond and attract audiences from all parts of the Boston-metro area, providing enjoyment and a sense of community.
