The 21st Morningside Music Bridge program will be held at The New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts from July 6 to August 4, 2017. Presented in partnership with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra (CPO), the program features distinguished faculty and alumni — now international musical leaders — to help inspire the world’s next generation of great artists.
The primary objective of the program is to, identify and promote outstanding young artists; create enhanced educational and performance opportunities; create enhanced professional development opportunities for music educators; promote inter-cultural understanding and mutual respect among all participants; expand community and corporate-based support for cultural interaction in the participating countries; develop long-term partnerships between classical music communities internationally; build a bridge of understanding and creativity that spans the world.
