The Last Wide Open

The Umbrella Stage Company returns to live theater with this romantic comedy with live music by Audrey Cefaly. Limited capacity with covid health safety protocols required.

Fate plays its hand in The Umbrella Stage Company's unconventional romantic comedy by Audrey Cefaly, featuring original songs by Matthew M. Nielson.

The Last Wide Open is brought to life by Rebecca Shor as Lina and Ethan Butler as a young waitress and Italian immigrant who have worked together for years but have rarely talked. When a late-night thunderstorm finds them alone in the restaurant at closing time, they find their lives intersecting in surprising and mystical ways. Kayla Shimizu
