Boston HarpBeat is a high-energy instrumental cover band whose music spans the gap between classical and rock.

For the last of the 2024 Winter Reading Room Concerts, the Friends of the Robbins Library are delighted to welcome the Boston HarpBeat, a high-energy instrumental cover band comprised of harpist Shelley Otis, violinist Cami Sylvia, bassist Richard Gates, and percussionist Fabio Pirozzolo. The music of HarpBeat spans the gap between classical and rock; they are simultaneously elegant and upbeat, and enjoy pushing the boundaries of their instruments. Their music is a proven crowd-pleaser.
