Tales of Zen and Now with Motoko

Award-winning Japanese storyteller Motoko offers an evening filled with humor, charm, and elegance. She regales her audience with hilarious tales from her old country, Japan, as well as poignant personal stories from her childhood in Osaka and her experiences as an immigrant to the US.  Motoko is the recipient of the National Storytelling Network’s 2017 Circle of Excellence Award.

Please join the Friends of the Robbins Library as they welcome Motoko on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 7 pm in the Robbins Library Community Room, lower level. The event is free and open to all. This program is funded in part by a grant from the Arlington Commission for Arts and Culture Grants Committee, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
