Ancient Peaks Wine Dinner

Samuel Slater’s teams up with Ancient Peaks Winery from Paso Robles, CA March 12th! Join us as Chef Keith Polaina matches his culinary talents with the SIP certified wines of Ancient Peaks Santa Margarita Ranch. The menu features a five-course meal including baked crab cakes, pan seared New Bedford sea scallops, slow roasted duck thigh, porcini crusted petite filet, and chocolate chevre swirled cheesecake.

Tickets $65 not inclusive of tax or gratuity.
