Come with Cantilena as we explore music and poetry about the natural world around us by interweaving a selection of readings with choral settings of poems in this unique “I Will Be Earth: The Poetry of Nature” program.

Cantilena invites the community to explore the natural world and the role it plays in our lives as reflected in poetry and song. This unique program pairs the two art forms by interweaving a selection of readings with choral settings of poems. The guest artist, Arlington’s Poet Laureate Jean Flanagan, has chosen the works of several local poets to complement Artistic Director Elinor A. Armsby’s musical selection. Tickets ($0*-$25) For information and ticket purchasing: https://www.cantilena.org/concerts

Advance sales, Card-to-Culture discounts. Children 12 and under - free admission with an adult.

Tickets are sold at the door on the concert day 30 minutes prior to the performance.
