The Cannonball Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization with a mission to increase participation in the playing of baseball among youth in low-income urban communities. Our specially designed programs provide baseball and leadership skill-building opportunities for players, parents, and coaches that encourage them to sustain a connection to our National Pastime. Inspired by the career of the great New England Negro League pitcher, Will "Cannonball" Jackman, The Cannonball Foundation embraces his legacy of leadership to inspire a new generation of players and coaches to develop and become engaged citizens in their communities.
