The Boys To Men Mentoring Network is a non-profit, educational organization offering adult-teen mentoring programs. First, the men in the community step up to be mentors. Second, community involvement and families get their sons involved. Third, young men who are involved in the program act as "Journeymen" — "I Am On A Journey"
This very successful national mentoring program provides boys between the ages of 12 and 17 the opportunity to regularly interact with committed, conscientious male mentors. The Boys to Men (BTM) model is unique in that it is based on a proven and successful three-part program that actually starts with the mentor.
