Wheelthrowing

In this wheel throwing class, students will learn to adapt familiar studio ceramics methods to the home environment. Students and teacher will discuss new troubleshooting techniques for the wheel and clarify body feedback loop for students practicing on their own time. Students will expand artistic goals to take advantage of the more frequent access to their projects.

Logistics of managing interruptions and getting work from the home setting to the clay studio for processing will be discussed.

Tuition and materials fee includes 25lbs of clay to be scheduled for student pick-up at The Umbrella and all firing and glazing opportunities available for the duration of the session (March/April).
