Student wearing her own just woven Tote bag made out of repurposed cotton strips of fabrics.
A great winter opportunity to learn a new skill and weave a beautiful tote bag, completely made in your own design in repurposed cotton fabric strips, the workshop is held in Sowa’s Boston Art and Design District, and in my textile gallery.
Learn to weave your own tote bag on a pre set rigid heddle loom using re purposed cotton strips of fabric, along with a wide selection of quality yarns.
You will weave and create your own individual design which will be customized to your aesthetic.
Once the fabric has been woven, Dahlia will assemble it on a sewing machine, and sew on the handles, and you get to go home with your hand woven tote bag.
