Waldo Evan Jespersen and Andrea Thompson at Boston Sculptors Gallery

Jesperson presents a twisting cylinder of aluminum tubes, each singing a beautiful note when struck, will fill the gallery space beginning on November 4th. Talismans for Travelers II, an installation by Thompson of 4 long boats floating overhead.

Hoc Modo is the latest solo show of internationally-exhibited sculptor Waldo Evan Jespersen. Known for his large-scale work in a variety of media, some of Jespersen’s previous sculptures include vast paper expanses (Paper Cloud, 2017) and two-story glowing wooden towers (Tower Two, 2015). His art is detached from any particular medium, and instead deeply grounded in the process of elegantly resolving challenging situations.
