Vivaldi Gloria, Bach Concerto for Organ, and choral improvisation inspired by Vivaldi, performed by Louise Mundinger, Cathedral Schola & Nightingale Ensemble
At the Cathedral Church of St. Paul - a concert of thrilling music! A box of Antonio Vivaldi's music, forgotten after the composer's death in 1741 and not opened again until the 20th century, contained the music for the Gloria for chorus, orchestra and soloists. Hear it performed by singers from the Cathedral Schola and Nightingale Vocal Ensemble. The performance will also feature the Concerto in A minor adapted by J.S. Bach for organ, with Louise Mundinger, organ.
