Vermont Jazz Center Educational Programs 2020

During the week of October 12, the Vermont Jazz Center will launch its 2020 educational season.

This fall’s new offerings make good use of the Jazz Center’s summer faculty: instructors can now Zoom in from afar to reach students from all around the world.

VJC’s expanded educational programs includes online options as well as onsite opportunities for
local participants run in accordance with local and safety guidelines.

In- person classes (at VJC) cannot include wind players nor vocalists at this time.

10 weeks, from October 12th until December 18th (makeup classes for Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving week will take place on Dec. 21, 22, 23).

The fee for the semester for on-line classes is either $250 or $200, depending on the class (most on-line courses are one and one half hours) and $200 for in-person offerings (which run one hour), excepting Samba and Youth Jazz which are $100 and Zoom Tunes ($15 per session).
