“Eve is a sensitive, intuitive, creative, articulate Feldenkrais practitioner – I highly recommend!” – Ana Harmon, Gaga Movement teacher
“I started doing Feldenkrais not knowing what to expect and I’ve been very pleased to find a space where we are always taught to think about ‘doing less’ in a world where we are constantly told and feel the need to do more. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I found it very helpful to find a time to focus on my body in ways that are not about pushing it.” -N.M.
Recording
All participants will receive an audio recording of the workshop for their personal practice at home.
