The Waitlist is a Boston, MA band that takes the melodic hooks of Weezer and Modest Mouse,  mixes in the interweaving guitars of Bloc Party, The Strokes, and Pearl Jam, and adds introspective lyrics like those of Radiohead and Built To Spill to create a sound couched in the 1990s and 2000s alternative rock scene.

In April 2020, The Waitlist released their first EP which showcases the band’s sound to a broader audience. The band is currently working on an acoustic follow-up slated for release later in 2020.
