The Marriage of Figaro (or The Crazy Day)

Featuring a cast of BOC’s young professional singers and Longy graduate students, this sparkling, vibrant  production explores the very timely themes of Mozart’s comic masterpiece. Using a brilliant combination of text by Beaumarchais and Da Ponte, this “Crazy Day” in the Marriage of Figaro is distilled to a tight two hours.
The production will be accompanied by chamber orchestra, conducted by Maestro Tian Hui Ng and staged by Andrea Huber, celebrated singer and director in Germany and Austria, who is returning home to direct this production.
