The 19th Century Woman

Pianist Hisako Hiratsuka is joined by Sarita Uranovksy, violin and Anna Griffis, viola, in a concert of works by women from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Duos and trios by American composer Amy Beach, British American composer/violist Rebecca Clarke, German composer Clara Schumann and her pupil, Luise Adolpha Le Beau are paired with Mozart's delightfully stormy Kegelstatt Trio to round out the program.
