Terezin: Children of the Holocaust is the first-ever filmed production of the awarding winning stage play that has been running for more than 50 years, written by Anna Smulowitz, the daughter of Holocaust survivors.
The film Terezin - Children of the Holocaust features an introduction from playwright Anna Smulowitz, followed by a production of Terezin, and after the credits there is a Cast Talk-Back about the performance. The cast is comprised of six local students who created a Covid-safe "social bubble" to rehearse and film this production. They felt it was critical to share the message of the play at this challenging moment in history. Total running time is 1 hour, 43 minutes.
