Kyle Bertulli, organist at St. Mary of the Assumption parish in Dedham, plays works by Rheinberger, Paine, Bach, Grieg, and Neven on the Great Organ.
Kyle Bertulli was born and raised in Milford, Massachusetts, where he began his music career as an organist. Kyle is a product of the music program of Milford Public Schools; a program that is one of the finest in the state. Kyle Bertulli was born and raised in Milford, Massachusetts, where he began his music career as an organist. Kyle is a product of the music program of Milford Public Schools; a program that is one of the finest in the state. He earned degrees in Music Education and Organ Performance from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell; and more recently, a Master of Sacred Music Degree from Boston University. At Boston University, he studied organ and continuo with Peter Sykes and pursued other coursework in musicology and sacred music instructed by Andrew Shenton.
Kyle is an active recitalist throughout New England, having performed several times in Massachusetts and most recently, twice in New Hampshire. Kyle served as a Guest Organist at St. John’s Seminary in Brighton for their Lessons and Carols program, and has served as an organist/accompanist and choir director for several churches. Kyle is currently Music Director at Mary of the Assumption Church in Dedham, Massachusetts, one of the largest parishes in the Boston Archdiocese. In addition to church work, he is a piano and organ instructor in Milford and in the Greater Boston area.
