Captioning: All performances are open captioned by projections on the proscenium walls.
Sensory Friendly: all shows are relaxed format and built to be sensory friendly. Everyone is welcome. We will have a pre-show introduction of characters and a chill out area with a live feed of the performance on a flat screen monitor in the lobby. Social story link short version and full version are available as a primer and Character guide is also available.
Audio Description: Saturday 4/1 1 pm, and Sunday 4/2 1 pm. Description preshow here below soon. We will open broadcast our preshow for all patrons prior to the AD shows but to hear the AD throughout the show, please ask for an AD headset at the ticket booth. (We offer tactile tours preshow, just ask in advance and come early!) Describers: Cori Couture and Dave Heard. ALDs: Assisted listening devices available for all performances include over the ear headsets, earbuds and telecoil enabled loop system. Patrons may also bring their own mono headsets. Please ask for a headset at ticket booth.
Family Bathrooms: Are available during the performances.
Animals: Assistance dogs in vests are always allowed and welcome. During the performance, one of our actors on stage uses an assistance dog who is hypoallergenic.
