Choral concert by The Seraphim Singers: Love songs and laments for earth, exploring the grandeur of our planet and the creatures on it, the dangers posed by climate change. and a call to take action.

Description

Love songs and laments for earth, our common home, including a commission by Minnesota composer Edie Hill with a climate change text by poet Danielle Cadena Deulen. There will also be works by Abbie Betinis, Benjamin Britten, Rhiannon Randle, Christina Whitten Thomas, Patricia Van Ness, and Gwyneth Walker. Jennifer Lester, music director, with Heinrich Christensen, organ, and Alison LaRosa, flute.
