Whether you love Valentine's Day or loath it, you'll have fun during Sips and Stories at Gore Place. Enjoy drinks and sweet treats in the Great Hall then follow a guide through the 1806 Mansion and hear how romantic (and unromantic) life could be in the early 19th century. The fun begins at 7 pm on Friday, February 14. Tickets are $35 per person. You can buy advanced tickets at www.goreplace.org.
