A show-stopping program featuring violinist Yip Wai Chow with works by Max Richter and Ralph Vaughan Williams.

Please join for the season finale, and five year celebration of Fermata Chamber Soloists, for a show-stopping program featuring FCS veteran violinist Yip Wai Chow. On the program is Max Richter’s minimalist recomposition of Vivaldi’s timeless Four Seasons, as well as the beautifully moving Fantasia on a theme by Thomas Tallis, by Ralph Vaughan Williams.

The Showdown puts the best Fusion and Bollywood/Hindi-Film dance teams up against one another, giving the judges the unenviable task of deciding who is the best of the best. Fusion dance combines different dance styles, set to Indian music, creating its own distinct form of dance, while the Bollywood and Hindi-Film dance style is inspired by the musical numbers seen in Indian films and features expression, themes, and storylines.
