Sarah Hulsey Public Artist Talk At Montserrat College of Art

Sarah Hulsey’s work is concerned with the hidden, structural beauty of language. Through prints and print-based installations, she isolates an aspect of text and creates a visual correlation to its structure often mimicking maps and diagrams. By connecting an area of language with the visual she generates imagery from the linguistics of text itself.
