Sandwich Glass Museum Artist’s Talk and Reception: Ed Branson - A Lifetime with Glass

The Sandwich Glass Museum is proud to host a retrospect of Ashfield, Massachusetts’ own Ed Branson. He is one of the most influential contemporary artists of all time and while most of his inspiration is derived from nature, he has also drawn inspiration from historic Sandwich Glass on a visit to the Sandwich Glass museum early on in his glass making career. When Branson announced his imminent retirement, the Museum recognized the unique opportunity and special responsibility to collaborate with Branson and share his story with glass.
