The venerated British singer-songwriter and guitarist makes his Rockport debut! Known as much for co-founding of the legendary 60s folk rock band Fairport Convention as for his duo records with his wife Linda Thompson in the 70s and his beloved solo material from the 80s onwards, Richard Thompson is a double threat performer in the truest sense. He is often called one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time while also being an iconic songwriter, his most known tune being the now-classic “1952 Vincent Black Lightning.”
