Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra welcomes audiences both young and young at heart on Sunday January 28th, when they present a concert of storytelling and puppetry, All in The Family, at War Memorial Hall, Newton City Hall.

Under the baton of Pro Arte's Conductor Emerita Gisele Ben-Dor the orchestra will open the concert with Gioachino Rossini's iconic and irrepressible William Tell overture and perform Teresa Carreño's lovely Romance. Originally scored for violin and piano, Romance will be played in ... view more »

The Showdown puts the best Fusion and Bollywood/Hindi-Film dance teams up against one another, giving the judges the unenviable task of deciding who is the best of the best. Fusion dance combines different dance styles, set to Indian music, creating its own distinct form of dance, while the Bollywood and Hindi-Film dance style is inspired by the musical numbers seen in Indian films and features expression, themes, and storylines.
