Wednesday, June 14th, from 6:00-8:30 PM at High Street Place Food Hall (100 High St, Boston, MA 02110). Delicious drinks + food available for purchase!
Each ticket includes:
$30 donation to The Network La Red (TNLR). Thanks to our venue High Street Place for matching our $15 donation!
2.5 hour workshop on pottery basics, how to create pinch pots, how to transform them into a variety of unique home décor and functional pottery, and how to decorate + paint your pottery, taught by Pottery with a Purpose Founder, Samantha
Materials to build and paint 2 pieces of pottery – choose from air dry clay or ceramic clay (will be fired + glazed to be foodsafe and waterproof, and shipped to you 3-4 weeks after the class)
*Air Dry Clay (decorative) – take home 5 paints + 2 paintbrushes to decorate your pottery at home when it has dried in 2-3 days
Ceramic Clay – During class, after sculpting your pottery, you will decorate your pieces in an array of colors. Then your host will bring your piece to the pottery studio to be glazed and fired in the kiln so it is foodsafe and waterproof. Your finished pottery will be shipped to you 3-4 weeks after the class
