Opening Reception for Susan Schmidt: Joys, Sorrows, Concerns

A survey of the artistic career of Susan Schmidt, whose work spans across drawing, books, and various print media. Throughout her career, Schmidt has responded to her lived experiences, working in multiple or narrative form, exploring the complexities of family, and the powerful, difficult, and often shifting bonds that we engage with throughout our lives. Schmidt is a professor in Holy Cross’s visual arts department.
