Opening Night with Ludwig (Canceled)

An evening of Beethoven—with the world-renowned Brentano Quartet performing the first of Beethoven’s late great quartets, Op. 127. The second half of the concert is a spectacular chamber performance of Beethoven’s unequivocally greatest of symphonies—the Ninth (including the incomparable “Ode to Joy”), in an arrangement for piano, chorus and soloists.  The evening’s star power is tremendous, with soloists at the height of their career joining the acclaimed Handel & Haydn Chorus for a truly memorable Opening Night.
