Instrument Petting Zoo at MusicFest (Winchester Community Music School)

This free event features outdoor and indoor activities including several instrument “petting zoo” areas, live instrument demos, a scavenger hunt with prizes, musical story time, fun in the recording studio, and tours of the building.

Kick off the new school year at Winchester Community Music School’s annual MusicFest Open House. The Showdown puts the best Fusion and Bollywood/Hindi-Film dance teams up against one another, giving the judges the unenviable task of deciding who is the best of the best. Fusion dance combines different dance styles, set to Indian music, creating its own distinct form of dance, while the Bollywood and Hindi-Film dance style is inspired by the musical numbers seen in Indian films and features expression, themes, and storylines. This will be an unbelievable show and an unparalleled experience for all ages!
