Minni Make + Play – Magazine Collages (virtual)

Minni Make + Play workshops are designed to keep little ones ages 1.5–5 creating from the comfort of home. Each themed workshop focuses on skill development, simple repurposed materials and unique ways to engage with our environments.
In Minni Make + Play – Magazine Collages (virtual) students will mix and match magazine scraps to create a layered collage. Instructor Maria will refer to vibrant illustrations by Eric Carle for creative inspiration as students learn all about texture and color palette.
Materials Needed

Scavenger hunt items – 3–4 magazine pages

1 piece of paper or cardboard

Liquid glue

2 bowls or containers to mix glue in

Food coloring or any kind of paint to color glue

Spoon for mixing

Paint brushes

Scissors
