Minni Make + Play – Friend Day (virtual)

Minni Make + Play workshops are designed to keep little ones ages 1.5–5 creating from the comfort of home. Each themed workshop focuses on skill development, simple repurposed materials and unique ways to engage with our environments. 
In Minni Make + Play – Friend Day, students will have the chance to show their favorite toy to the class before making a new friend of their own. Miss Maria will begin with a book reading before showing students how to create their own toy using materials found right in your cabinets.
Materials Needed

1 sock (tube socks are best)
Uncooked rice
Markers 
Pom poms, googly eyes, anything to decorate with! 
Elmer’s Glue
Container for glue
Q-Tip or sponge for glue application
