Write your own story in this songwriting workshop with Allston musician Ava Sophia.

*For high school students who live or attend school in Allston-Brighton or Cambridge!*

Learn about songwriting as a tool for self-empowerment and fulfillment in this arts workshop with Allston musician Ava Sophia. Explore writing techniques such as repetition and rhythm and how the addition of music can strengthen the impact of a story or message. No prior musical experience is required!

The Showdown puts the best Fusion and Bollywood/Hindi-Film dance teams up against one another, giving the judges the unenviable task of deciding who is the best of the best. Fusion dance combines different dance styles, set to Indian music, creating its own distinct form of dance, while the Bollywood and Hindi-Film dance style is inspired by the musical numbers seen in Indian films and features expression, themes, and storylines.
