Live from Indian Hill: Mike Block

The previously scheduled Saturday, January 23 concert with jazz pianist Ethan Iverson has been postponed to a future date.
Stepping in this weekend is GRAMMY-winning cellist / singer-songwriter Mike Block who returns to our stage! 
A member of Yo-Yo Ma’s Silk Road Ensemble and acclaimed by The New York Times for his “vital rich-hued solo playing,” Mike is a pioneering cello player, singer, composer, and educator, hailed by Yo-Yo Ma as the “ideal musician of the 21st-Century.” 
Block’s solo livestream performance will offer a rich mixture of music from Bach to bluegrass, and all new upbeat originals from his recent album release, The Edge of the Atmosphere.
