Live Arts Arlington: Blue Smoke

Live Arts Arlington (LAA) returns to the newly renovated Broadway Plaza in Arlington Center for a new season of free outdoors arts experiences with a concert by Blue Smoke!

Blue Smoke is Steve Baggish and Kerri Winter, a Boston-based duo playing old familiar pop and folk-rock songs by artists such as the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, and Linda Ronstadt. They heartily welcome all toe-tapping, clapping, humming, and singing along!

Get ready for another lively, fantastic summer season of outdoor performances in Arlington! For summer 2022, the Arlington Commission for Arts & Culture returns with Live Arts Arlington, a series of free, family-friendly live performances and interactive arts experiences to liven up summer Fridays. At 6pm each Friday evening, look for live music, performance and visual arts demonstrations in a variety of genres and disciplines staged on Broadway Plaza at Mass Avenue, in the heart of the Arlington Cultural District. Organized in partnership with artists, the series is designed to encourage public performance and creation in the Town, inviting artists to step out and share their expertise on sidewalks, parks, and plazas where people gather and enjoy outdoor entertainment. Stay tuned to Arts Arlington via our newsletters and social media for newly announced artists throughout the summer!
