Lesley University MFA in Visual Arts Lecture Series: Nikita Gale

Lesley University’s MFA in Visual Arts program will be hosting an Art Talks Lecture series, inviting internationally recognized artists to share their work and experiences live-streamed at https://www.youtube.com/LesleyMFA

Nikita Gale’s practice is often structured by long-term obsessions with specific objects and the ways these objects gesture towards particular social and political histories.  Recent shows of hers include those at MoMA PS1, Matthew Marks Gallery, Los Angeles, The Studio Museum in Harlem, and the Hammer Museum.  Gale lives and works in Los Angeles.
