Joe Hunt Jazz Quartet

Four modern jazz musicians, each with unique talents: Mark Pinto-alto saxophone, John Sullivan-bass, Yuka Hamano Hunt-piano/vocals, and Joe Hunt-drums.

Jazz compositions of Thelonious Monk, Tadd Dameron, Cole Porter, and others performed by top local jazz musicians. Drummer Joe Hunt is a veteran of The Bill Evans Trio and The Stan Getz Quartet. Bassist John Sullivan is former member of The Roy Haynes Hip Ensemble. Mark Pinto toured with the Buddy Rich band as featured soloist. Yuka Hamano Hunt is a fresh new jazz voice, providing arrangements for the quartet.
