Jazz Concert Celebrates African American Artists

This year, Winchester Unitarian Society’s Concert Series celebrates African American music, and our annual “Jazz in the Sanctuary” concert is a perfect opportunity to highlight the amazing musicians who created and developed this art form.  The program features works by Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, and many other jazz greats. Music will be performed by Yoron Israel on drums, John Kramer on piano, and Rick McLaughlin on bass. Proceeds will benefit Winchester ABC (A Better Chance) and Winchester Unitarian Society.
