House Dance Live with Sean Bjerke

Beginner House: a class where students are introduced to connecting natural body movement and dance vocabulary to house music. Through a variety of fundamental drills and concepts, students develop greater confidence in their body’s movement potential as well as an appreciation for the music they dance to. In addition to drills, students will be introduced to improvisational/freestyle exercises.

All Levels House: A class targeted across multiple experience levels that explores deeper than the Intro class. While new students are encouraged to try Intro to House first, this class will start from “Level Zero” and explore many methods to further build upon basic vocabulary. This class goes deeper into timing, direction changes and movement variations than the Intro class but moves at a pace suitable for any student to takeaway something from class.
