Participants will have the opportunity to explore the physical movement elements of hip-hop culture, as Amirah teaches the foundational movement styles of top rocking, breaking, popping, and tutting. Develop a better understanding and appreciation for hip-hop history and culture in this action packed workshop. This event is presented in collaboration with the Boston University Arts Initiative, Boston University Dance Program and The Dance Complex.
