THANG brings dance, music and poetry to Boston twice a year. At the beautiful Armory space in Somerville, all kinds of artists share new work with friends and the public.
Experimental work is the main thang--new music on invented instruments, spoken word and performance art mixed with dance--but conventional music, dance and poetry is also a staple. Come and check us out! All day! Free!

The Center for Arts at the Armory is conveniently located at 191 Highland Avenue between Davis and Union Squares in Somerville, Massachusetts. The award-winning Arts at the Armory Café can be found on the left-hand side as you enter the first floor. A free 44-space parking lot is located behind the Armory.
