Free Online Climate Workshops For Elementary and Middle School Students
Sign up for free online climate workshops taught by high school students over the Summer covering a range of topics in an engaging, interactive way with many games, unique activities and time for discussions and questions.
July Workshops (All times are EST):
Intro to Climate Change July 7th @4PM: Define climate change, learn about the greenhouse effect with a drawing activity, learn about renewable energy, and finally wrap up with actions you can take.
Climate Policy July 10th @11AM: Reviews common climate policies around the globe, how students can advocate for them, and do a climate policy simulation where students pretend to be legislators.
Health and Climate July 14th @4PM: Pretend to be reporters discussingView more
