En Plein Air

The Newburyport Art Association is pleased to show their Plein Air Artists Groups of the “Band of Brushes” and the “Newburyport Ten” in a beautifully combined show and sale of the groups seventeen Plein Air artists. This year’s exhibit, “En Plein Air”, has expanded to the Sargent, Hartson and Shop Galleries and proves to be exceptional.

Participants include: Band of Brushes: Dorothy Aham, Michele Champion, Grace Daly, Karen Fitzgerald, Mary Francis, Christine Molitor Johnson, Fran Kaplan, Kris Munroe, Mary Ann Varoski, Mary Webber, and Newburyport 10: Cynthia Cooper, Dale Partis Greene, Margery Jennings, Marjet Lesk, Susan Luca, Daniel J. Shaw, Susan Spellman. The Show is open to the public at the NAA, 65 Water Street, Newburyport from Aug 27 through to Sept 4th. A variety of media will be exhibited, varying in size, both framed and unframed work will be available for sale.

Meet the artists at their Reception Saturday August 27, 5-7pm. Come view NAA’s final Featured Interest Group of the summer. Light refreshments will be served.   Free and Open to the Public, Handicap Accessible.
