North Bennet Street School will host a special exhibition featuring the full recreation of an avant-garde, 1913 book, with 24 unique interpretations by internationally-recognized design binders.
“Drop Dead Gorgeous” is a traveling exhibition featuring recreations of an avant-garde French book circa 1913, "La Prose du Transsibérien." The book was meticulously researched and faithfully recreated by Kitty Maryatt of Two Hands Press, who then had 24 internationally-recognized bookbinders create their own fine binding interpretations.
