Dancing Outdoors: 'Froca Fitness with Sylver Rochelin

The Dance Complex and the Cambridge Public Library present Dancing Outdoors, a series of free outdoor dance classes in Joan Lorentz Park on Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:00am. The first class in this series is ‘Froca Fitness (African & Caribbean Dance Fitness) with Sylver Rochelin on October 7th.

Come celebrate African and Caribbean dance and culture with us under the open skies! We will work up a sweat as we join together in dance to both traditional and modern choreography from energizing music from Africa and the Caribbean.
