The energy around Cub Sport is fearless and captures the uniquely vulnerable writing and vocal delivery that saw the group reach new heights on their 2019, self-titled album Cub Sport, winning praise everywhere from Billboard, i-D, Nylon, PAPER Magazine, Gay Times, Attitude, The Fader and Line of Best Fit to DUMMY, Monocle, Music Week, and many more.

To close out a huge 2019, December saw Cub Sport release 333; a collection of three songs that fit together to conjure a feeling of deep and healing euphoria. 333 sweeps you up in all-encompassing hypnotic sonics; the chordal and harmonic combinations feel like a pang in your chest – there are forces of beauty, sorrow, growth, pain and joy. It’s renewing, uplifting, and affirming.

While it has been an astronomical past year of musical wins for the band, the most striking part of Cub Sport’s rise has been the way they’ve used their platform to share a message of love – encouraging and inspiring people all around the world to live fearlessly and to love themselves.
