Dr. Kristen Lee, Ed.D., LICSW, known as “Dr. Kris”, is an internationally recognized, award-winning behavioral science professor, clinician, researcher, author, activist, and comedian from Boston, Massachusetts. As the Lead Faculty for Behavioral Science and Faculty-in-Residence at Northeastern University, Dr. Kris’s research and teaching interests include individual and organizational well-being and resilience, particularly for marginalized and underserved populations. She operates a consulting practice devoted to preventing and treating burnout and is the author of RESET: Make the Most of Your Stress, Winner of the Next Generation Indie Book Awards Motivational Book of 2015, best-selling Mentalligence: A New Psychology of Thinking: Learn What it Takes to Be More Agile, Mindful and Connected in Today’s World, and 2022 Next Big Idea Club nominee Worth the Risk: Learn How to Microdose Bravery to Grow Resilience, Connect More, and Offer Yourself to the World. She is a regular contributor for Thrive Global and Psychology Today. Dr. Kris is the producer and host of Crackin’ Up: Where Therapy Meets Comedy. Tori Jae is a singer, songwriter, producer, dancer, choreographer, actress, director and astrologer from South Coast, Massachusetts. Tori made her debut in 2020 of all years with the official launch of her music and acting careers. Since then, she has self-produced and directed all of her music videos, demonstrating her raw talent for screenplay both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. Tori's contralto sound is heavily influenced by Fado, a genre of Portuguese folk music, mixed together with a classic pop-rock-soul powerhouse fusion. On top of her entertainment career, Tori is also the founder of her own astrology practice, Daily Toriscope.
